Summer 2020 Work

You must complete the following six assignments and have them completed THE FIRST day of class
1. Watch the following Bozeman video that introduces you to the class
2. Read Chapter 1 of the textbook: 'Environmental Science for the AP Course"
As you read, fill out the Chapter 1 Reading guide (this reading guide will be due the first day of school).
3. Read Chapter 2 of the textbook: "Environmental Science for the AP Course"
4. As you read, fill out the following Chapter 2 Reading Guide (this reading guide will be due on the first day of school). This is all prerequisite review material for the course. You are responsible for knowing the information for the first exam even though we will not go over most of it in class.
5. Complete the following geography assignment and bring with you on the first day of school
6. Make sure you look over the syllabus and course outline below and know what to expect for the course. You should WANT to take this class because you are interested in the material. Additionally, APES students must be good readers, writers and strong in math (although we will practice these skills continuously throughout the year). You will also have homework so you should be prepared to work hard, not procrastinate, and be organized.
